Harrison Playhouse Lofts

Redeveloped by Verco Properties, the former Harrison movie theater has been transformed into the Harrison Playhouse Lofts, bringing new life to downtown Harrison.

The project consists of 36 luxury apartments built with state-of-the-art “green” technologies, roof terraces, a community patio and gardens, an on-site gym and yoga area, and community lounge and conference room. Built to the Fitwel standards for healthy living, the apartments included fresh-air “energy recovery ventilation” systems, high-efficiency triple tilt windows, Energy-Star appliances, quartz countertops, modern European cabinets, and energy efficient HVAC units for a healthy and comfortable environment. The project is also home to the Laughing Horse Coffee & Tea cafe' on the ground floor with an outdoor patio.

Verco Properties sold the Harrison Playhouse Lofts to a local investor upon its completion.
