Parkview Station

This 1888 train station has been adaptively re-used into an upscale restaurant, Modern on the Rails, and loft style offices.

Purchased from the MTA in 2010, Verco Properties is proud to have transformed this once-abandoned station into a lively and attractive community asset. The history of the train station and its transformation can be found here

Parkview Station sits at the confluence of the Mamaroneck and Sheldrake Rivers and overlooks Columbus Park in the Washingtonville section of the Village of Mamaroneck.

Verco Properties own offices are housed here and we are proud to be part and at the heart of the Mamaroneck community.
